I'm trying to download from my Windows XP netbook to the Magic 260 via the Ulink and proprietary USB cable. I don't see the green light on, and the display gets stuck at 11% for ever. Clearly, something is wrong. I kept the old OS to be compatible with MyDMX, which is a great product, but wanted the Magic 260 for wall wash mixing and moving head joystick control. No luck. Any help would be appreciated.
