Mike if you need to search for newer profiles. connect your computer to the internet and load the software. now when you hit new page and select from the scan library this screen will show if you notice the the lower button that has a globe on it. click that and it will connect with a server that has all the new profiles aswell as the old ones. it will look like this From there you can search for any profile from any company. Let me know if this works out for you. if you cant find the profile you are looking for shoot me an email at james K AT elation lighting DOT COM and ill get one to you ASAP. Sincerely,

Thanks James, works great. One other ? I am trying to use the easy stand alone software. I have have the usb interface that came with the Compu Club I EC edition (just a single usb out device). I have the software communicating with usb dongle and lights working. Also working in stand alone, my question is what type of power supply do I need so that I can disconnect the usb device and still run the show. I DJ using software, harddrive and a controller for software and I really don't want to keep another usb device hooked to the laptop. Thanks Mike
I'm not too sure let me get back to you. but i imagine a universal power adapter should do nicely. just careful of the max amount of voltage you use. Sincerely,

Mike if your interface has an AC plug in the back it can take a 9VDC - 500mA type power adapter. here is a pic of what to look for on your dongle. Sincerely,

Thanks for your help James. I got a power supply and everything is working great. I did get my hands on a couple of the x-move led's and was wondering if you were going to add movement support for the 3d visualizer for these fixtures. I have them programmed and working but they don't move in the 3d visualizer. Thanks Mike
Let me clarify: The x-move led's channel number 7 has preprogrammed movement on it. I have used these movements to create scenes and the 3d visualizer will not duplicate the movement. Also I set the gobos to slow scroll as well as color to slow scroll and the visualizer will not show it either. The same is true for the focus spot 250r's and the martin acrobats. Hope this helps Mike
no theres no way for us to do that in the 3D. Our developers dont program macros or preset movement unless it is one of the preset switches like circle and stuff you see. those switches work differently than built into the head programs. for the internal programs the values come from the head itself not the controller. on the preset switches the values come from the controller. make sense? i may be able to fix the color and gobo scroll. sincerely,
