Fuses are ok, heat sink is ok, Error 1.4 is showing at start up, new blub was put in to check and same outcome. I can not hear the relay kick in for strike the lamp. No wires are burnt, no burnt small, Voltage outputs are ok. Is there a problem with the starter or capacitor?
