doing and install in a new venue... using 8 ds250 pros. all work fine except one of them once in a wile... it wont black out. the dimmer stays part way open. resetting it from the console doesn't work. only unplugging it will correct the issue but it happens again eventually after a few blackouts....

hello, if you feel comfortable remove the head covers and do a visiual inspection of the head portion. look for any obstructions. if none found please give service a call at 323-213-4593. if possible while in front of the unit.
