Hi,

I have a total of 4 Focus spot 250 (not 250r). I am having issues with 3 of them. 2 of them give errors 01e and 03e on start up, but then seem to work fine. 1 of them gives no errors on start up but the pan does not home so it doesn't know where it is.

I have traced the problem to the MCU MX10FMAXDPC on the motor control board by substituting the MCU from the good one. The errors follow the MCU and all fixtures work with the know good MCU.

I am not sure if the MCU is faulty or simply lost its firmware. Is it possible to update the firmware through the dmx ports? Or, do you sell the programed MCU?
