Bought some of the power spot 700 cmy's -
using a hog 3pc to operate them and having issues with getting the lamp to douse via dmx (also can't get the lamp to douse at the unit either- followed the manual...)
what we have tried- the lamp kill button onthe hog, as well as using hte shutter and then kill- it brings the lamp down to a sickly amber but not out...

Been having some major issues with Hogs profile for the CMY, need to talk to them about it, but urgetntly need to figure out how to douse so I can cool down the unit before turning off, or do you even need to do that anymore (I am old generation movers when you had to remote lamp strike and cool)
any help would be greatly appreciated.

i believe in the manual it says if the shutter is closed or off and u have the value of ch. 22 i think to the lamp off function if u wait 3 mins it will shut off. have you tried that? peace! jingles.
