Is there any way to turn off the sound active feature that the power spot 250 and power wash 250 go to when they lose DMX signal. We have had the dongle be unpluged accidentaly a couple of times and each time the lights always go to the sound active or display mode which isn't acceptable. Any ides or is this impossible?

Thanks
"Mic-out"

Yes, you can turn it off. Go into the menu and select "AUDI". When you see "ASLW" and "AFST", go in and turn them both to OFF.

In order to shut off the audio on your POWER SPOT and POWER WASH, you need to press the mode button on your unit's display. You will then scroll through your menu until you get to AUDI. when yu get to AUDI you will then press enter. There are 2 audio settings ASLW (Audio Slow) and AFST (Audio Fast). The first setting you will get to when press enter will be ASLW. When you get to ASLW press enter, set that to OFF if it is set to ON with the up and down buttons. When you set to OFF press enter the display should say OK and then press enter again. Now press the mode button, and it should bring you back to AUDI. You will then press enter again. scroll up or down until you get to AFST. Press enter, set it to OFF. You will then press enter again, it should now display OK and now press enter again. This is how you would turn off the 2 different sound modes on your lights. You can find the mapping to this in your manual.
