I have 3 designspot 250's, one is fairly new and 2 are a year and a half old. One of them developed a problem last week and I'm not able to get it figured out. When pointing it strait at a wall, I am not getting a good clear "circle". Best way to describe it is what the moon looks like right before or right after a full moon. Looking into the light, there is something that is slightly blocking the light path between the shutter and the final lens. I've completed a comlete reset of all motors/gobos/iris/shutter ect. and does not seem to help. Any ideas or is there a service manual I can get to take this thing apart?

Try a hard reset. Via the menu. Go to personalities, hit enter then go to reset default_ hit enter_ arrow up to own and hit enter. Then retest

Is this something I can do via DMX by chance as this light is 30' in the air and I don't have access to a lift for a little while to get up there...

unfortunately the hard reset has to be done at the display.
