I recently did the update to the power wash 575e. The issues the lights have had previously (color wheel or cmy flags stuck) have now not only stayed but the fixtures are now worse.

I have two fixtures, each that had the cyan flag originally stuck. The first unit, now the color wheel won't work when hooked up to DMX or on test mode and the magenta flag will not show either. On top of these issues, the zoom no longer works.

The other fixture, the cyan flag is still stuck and has also been callibrated but I'm still not getting it to work.

From the AVR, I got no error reports when I was updating these fixtures. I also know that the DMX and board are completely functioning.

Can someone please help me?

i sent was good. are you sure you uploaded the correct PCB? TRB1= TOP TRB2=BOTTOM ??

Yes I updated TRB1 - TOP, TRB2 - BOTTOM. I'm still having no luck with fixing these issues. I was told that the update should solve them, especailly the color flags getting stuck.

Is there something else that can be done?

is it just one light? usually if there is a problem with the pCB itself the AVR would give you an error. any chance that when you uploaded the program you may be off a key? i would back track a little and reload the firmware onto the avr just to confirm then update the unit again.

It is multiple lights, right now I've updated 2 that had color issues and the update didn't fix the previous issue, but did cause new ones.

I just re-programmed the AVR, I'm going to try the update again and see what happens.

let me know, if it doesnt work, im afraid i will have to get one unit back just to confirm. since this unit is discontinued, i dont have any here to confirm. thank you
