We have a quirky Design Spot 575E with a color wheel that keeps spinning. We have tried everything, from resetting the unit, turning the color wheel off, made sure the connectors were seated correctly, etc. Occasionally, pulling the power and immediately plugging it back in causes the color wheel to function properly, but not every time. And this procedure doesn't seem good for the unit anyway. Has anyone else had this or similar problem? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Perhaps it just needs sent for repair?

check the magnet on the color wheel. make sure it hasnt come off.
