I have two Design Spot 575E's. They work almost entirely except that the second gobo wheel looses its place. It is as though the motor is not responding to the correct DMX value on that channel. We will program a scene then when we come back to it the motor will not get back to the right gobo. Any one else deal with this or have any thought?

Check the sensor, make sure it is free of any dust or debris. Also do you get any error codes?
