Hello. I am running 3 PS 575's with a Magic 260 board. Had everything set great a week ago. Did 2 church services. Come back a week later and the system is freaking out. lights are spinning with no control. If I select a scene, the colors I have programmed show but the lights will not go to the proper spot. They just keep spinning. I cannot even select them individually to do anything with them.

Ryan,
Please make sure that all the preset movement are turned off on the Magic 260.

After selecting your fixtures press the enter button. This will give you access to the 6 built in preset movements. You can now turn them on or off (function buttons 1-6).

Thanks. But the lights still randomly spin. They will change "scenes" when selected but will not go to any set location. If I set the pan to 0 they will stop. But as soon as I move even one click (say to 5) they begin to take off and rotate with no control. Any advice?

Hi pastor, are things sorted out? you may want to call in customer support while you are in front of your console with your lights.

Since everything was working before you left a lot of variables could be the cause of your problems and you need to do standard troubleshooting techniques to isolate the problem.

Could be controller, but could also be lights or cables??

It sounds like the patch and/or the fixture settings were changed. I would check there and make sure everything is correct. This has happened to me once or twice on the exact same setup actually.

Also make sure you are using DMX cables because that might be the issue.
