Hello there, I purchased 4 white design spot 250w... 2 work fine the other 2, I've had problems since day 1...

The problem is that whenever I plug the fixture in to the power outlet, it starts to crack... I know that whenever you plug a fixture in it runs sort of a reset program that is built in... but this one makes a cracking sound while doing that... it does give me 07-Er... I've taken it back to where I purchased them and they said that it has something to do with the main board (which theyve switched out to a brand new one... ) I plug them back in... works fine... for about an hour and then starts to make that cracking sound again... any advise?

call tech support sounds like a servicing issue. the number is on our website.
