Hello everyone:

I am experiencing a problem with one of my power spot 250. I cannot seem to get the lamp to show, even though I have gone into the programming mode and set the lamp to on. At first I thought it might have been the igniter; However after changing that plus installing a new bulb, I still cannot get any light from the fixture. Anyone have any suggestions. By the way, the fixture is working fine and responding to DMX fine. The laser even works.

make sure the lamp is set to on via the menu. if still not lamping on you may have an issue with the main board. please check then give support a call at 323-213-4593. thank you
