I bought 10 575E last july and now i am having problems with two of them. One do not tilt. The belt and gear assembly is ok, but it would not tilt. the code on the motor is:

type: 23HS0001-05
W0135659 MOONS

The other light, does all it's function, but the shutter is constantly stuttering, and it do not change colour.

can some one offer me a solution?
please note that i live in the caribbean, where customs charges are high on electronics, so shipping back to the plant is not nearly a viable option.

hello, regarding the unit with the tilt. it sounds like the tilt board (located on the arm) is defective. BTW the firmare (logic) located on the tilt board can become corrupted due to power surge. with respects to the other unit, one of the head pcb has also become corrupted. you may want to swap the tilt board from a good unit to verify, same for the head PCB as well. hope this helps.

at this moment, 6-10 power wash are down. 2 have the display stil blinking even when i have a legit dmx source going to it, two display IG E, the other two i dont remember what the problem is at this moment. i could really use some assistance

Hi Ingram, the IG E error is an ignitor error. you will have to
replace the ignitor. regarding the DMX issue you mostly likely
have a bad dmx driver. the Driver is located on the main PCB. you make have to replace the entire pcb.
