Just replaced a platinum 5r spt rotating gobo powered it up and now I have no pan or tilt. I am getting a pan tilt error code during motor reset. haven't changed anything and the dmx is reading on the display as I adjust on the board what else can I check I have 3 others to change gobos on

need to know the following.
do you have an error on the display?
did you unplug any pcb or display?
did you perform the exchange while the unit was unplugged?

Error channel is:
pan
tilt
No other items were unplugged, yes the unit was unplugged. It also appears I have no control from ch 1-5 but they do register on the display as I move the fader

Here is some more interesting things I left it off for a couple of hours came back turned it on now I have no control over anything except I can turn the lamp on and off but nothing else The head never moved during initial start up. even before I left it alone, It used to

tried a reset all motors from the board, (DMX operator pro)did not solve problem, tried a reset all from the display, seems to have fixed problem will power up a few more times and report back

let fixture sit for a few min, then I turned it back on it goes through some diagnostics however head did not move and same error code came up as it was displaying, I pushed the center enter button on the fixture display. Maybe it was just coincidence but then the head started to move and it reset and I do have control on all features from the board. but still get those messages any thoughts.
