I know that the joy 300 has been a discontinue product but I am in desire need of the sensor board for the stepping motors. I have tired 3 times to contact elation service center and ask if I can get service manual for this fixture and they say that they will email me but I have not seen any emails yet it has been 2 days now. All I need to know is what is manufatory part number of the hall effect sensor on this sensor board. So I can cross refrence it to aother and get my light up an going. I like the elation product and have no complants and these joy 300 have been working great for me and would like to keep them going too. I have had them every since they came out and they are well maintained but elation service repair is very poor it seem that they don't follow thru what they say. Can some please help me out?
