Is there a bulb that works with the Design Spot 575E that will give me a color temp of 5600k? If so what bulb.

Thanks

The Design Spot 250, as its name
suggests, is a 250W unit using the Philips
MSD 250/2 lamp as standard. This 3,000-
hour lamp is well established as an
extremely reliable option in automated
lighting fixtures. As an aside, the “/2” at the
end of the name indicates it is the higher
color temperature version, 8,500K, as
opposed to the 6,700K of the standard
MSD 250. Within limits, the higher the color
temperature, the brighter a fixture
appears—so just about everyone uses the
/2 versions. The standard lamps are fully
compatible, though, so you can always
drop in an MSD 250 if you prefer a lower
color temperature.

That doesn't help me at all. I brought a 575 cause the 250's arent bright enough. And I want a 5600k color temp, not 8500k. I don't care about brightness, if the 575 wasnt bright enough I would of got 700's. I just want the 5600k color temp.

Morning Jonathan,
The DS575 has color temperature correction colors dichroics on the color wheel.
You will find 32K 56K and a UV filter.

You can use these filters and use CMY to get colors.

I hope this works.
