Hi Jon Ares and welcome to the forums.

I am not aware of any profile editing software for the Smartfade ML. I don't think it is even possible in Smartsoft (offline editor program for Smartfade and ML). Your best bet would be to contact ETC about a profile since they support the console and not Elation.

If you can indeed make your own profiles in Smartsoft, let me know on here and I will see if I can't make one up for you.

Actually, SmartFade and SmartSoft do allow creation/editing of profiles.... it's easier (I think) on the console, but it's there in the software version as well. I've tried loading up other Elation products (DesignSpots, etc) and tried to figure out what got mapped where, but the Platinum has several more (or different) channel attributes; I just can't figure it out, or make them stick. I'm new to both SmartSoft and SmartFade, and since all I have is Platinum Spots (and a SFML) in this space, I'm kind of at a stuck point in both training and operation, until I can get these great fixtures to work as they should. If you want to check out the personality building/editing in SmartSoft, I'd be indebted, but it's not (I believe) very intuitive.

I will take a look. It can't be worse then Hog II/500/1000 profiles. You have to actually write out the code in DOS format in Wordpad...
