I have 6 300 Pro's that all strike extremely slowly... it takes about 25 minutes for the strike on all of them to complete. Am I the only person having this problem and are there possible fixes?

If you are trying to strike all 6 of them at the same time there can be a delay as your circuits are trying to keep up with the draw of the ballast. hope this helps. however i will have one of our service guys take a look at this thread.

Hi Greg, my name is Gines and i am the service manager at Elation. please give us a call at 323-213-4593. please make sure you are infront of the units, we would like to go over sometrouble shooting methods so we can determine why this is occuring. BTW this is very strange.
