I have a 575e that will not strike. New lamp Ive confirmed its good in another fixture. all other cofunctions seem to be working.( movement iris gobos etc.) any ideas

Also on another 575E the external fuse holder fell apart. Looks like i need to replace the power cord- anyone know a good place to buy parts
The fixture is under warranty but i dont think that would be covered.

hi DJ sabres. please give us a call at 323-213-4593. im assuming that you have a design spot 575e.it may be an ignitor issue. either way please give us a call when you are infront of the unit so we can talk you through some items.
