Hello,

I own 4 Elation Design Spot 250 Hybrids and when I went to test them, I noticed one of the Iris in one of the fixtures was not working. It does nothing when I bring it up anywhere from 0%-74% and then above 74% it pulses, but with the iris full open. When I opened the fixture I can move the arm attached to the iris very freely. Any suggestions for trouble shooting this issue? I did notice there is a wiring harness attached to another motor nearby in the fixture. Could I simply swap the two wiring harnesses to see if the problem moves to the other motor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
