Just Wondering if anyone knew the Lamp Strike voltage?

I am working on a DS 300 E and it will not strike, I know that the bulb and wiring are good.

Really I just want a sure fire way to determine if it is the Ballast or the Ignitor.

hi , Please give support a call at 323-213-4593. we need to know the serial number in order to point you in the right direction. some early models used a combined ballast/ignitor assm. thank you
