I was involved with an install of 6 Design Spots and over 80 LED cans . . . very cool toys . . . but we have one of the 6 movers with a noisy shutter . . . sounds like two spoons slapping together when it runs through the programs . . . we have tried the reset program and it still chatters . . . any way to repair this out in the field ?

Sounds like one of the shutters is bent and is hitting against the other shutter. That happened to me once on the design spots 575, but i just opened the fixture up and bent it back to place and it worked fine.
