Anyone have any insight into this issue...

I plug in the light and turn on the switch and the fan turns on and nothing else,
the lamp doesnt strike the lcd screen shows nothing and the head doesnt move, only thing that turns on is the fan.

I checked the fuse and the it was good it didn't pop.

I haven't seen an issue like this before anyone know about this or have this problem before?
