i am gettin both of these errors for my fixture, the magnets seem to be fine and in place, i have not dropped these fixtures, i take good care of them, i compared all components to my other fixture and it looks good, is there a way to fix this problem. please somebody help me out

HELLO. please check the wiring harness form the PCB to the tilt and pan stepper motors. if there is no coninuity there is a torn wire somewhere in the yoke.

which is the pcb and tilt and stepper motors? i have the covers off and im trying to find which harness that is, as for the wiring in the yoke, would that be the wires that are all bundled up that run from the base all the way to the yoke?

well, i figured out which are the steppin motors, i unplugged and plugged again the wires to all the motors and nothing, when i power on the unit, the yoke moves, the gobos, the lens as well as the pan movement, it just gives me those errors, and wont get into its reset starting position, your the pro, what am i looking at if i send it in to you for repair? i live in miami, im gettin frustrated
