i have a question, the '06 version that i am using right now, cannot seem to recognize the interface that was included with the package, i've installed the dmx driver, i've read the manual over and over, but i still cant fix the problem. .

the manual says that when i open the program i should see the release date and the one with red letters, the only thing i see is the release date (compu 2006 jul 3 2006) thats what it says

what seems to be the problem? and how could i fix it?
