I am trying to use a laptop with the minimum req. I keep getting a message that reads: software was expecting a later version of windows. What can I do?

The laptop is running Windows ME and the version is whatever is the latest 1 off the website. I need to get this working by Friday if possible!!!!!

you might need to use a older version of the software. i don't think the current supports back to Me. I know for sure it supports XP.
That laptop has USB 2.0 drives correct?

Actually the link i sent you too will give you the drivers and software for the 04 software. That should work on Me. which interface do you have?

The link states it is the latest update as of 9/29/2009. This is the site I download the software that I have form.
