This will be difficult to explain but I'll try: We just recieved a brand new Show Designer 2. I'm using the eight faders as sub-masters. Five of them are strobe light effects. (For my Diversitronics Strobe lights.) Whenever I switch around between scenes that utilize my own chases for my trackspots, the sub-masters that control the strobe effects work fine on all scene pages. Whenever I run a scene built from a Factory Chase that controls the trackspots, the strobe effect sub-masters still work fine, but when I go back to scenes involving my own trackspot chases, the following happens: 1) The strobe effect submasters that are single-step scenes and don't use a chase still operate properly. 2) The strobe effect submasters that use chases to work properly (strobe chases are homemade) no longer function at all. The only solution I have for making the strobe effect submasters that use my chases operate properly again is to manually fire off any of the four strobe effect chases from their chase page, then stopping that chase, switching back to scene mode, and resuming normal operation. Simply holding blackout to clear what's running has no effect whatsoever. I have never had this problem before because I've never used the factory chases. Does this make any sense? I can easily just quit using the built-in chases if necessary, but some of them are worth having if I can get around this problem. Any ideas?? Thanks, Brian

Update: I created a scene that moves the two dmx channels for each strobe light back to zero, thinking it might reset the channels and allow my submasters to resume working. This "reset scene" had no effect whatsoever.
