I´ve an old work horse, Showdesigner Rev 1.08 and are looking for some solutions and updates.

I´ve downloaded SD Backup v.1.1 and shds214.txt.

I soldered a nullmodemcable and i managed to create a memory dump from SD to the PC, but when I´m trying to send the shds.tex file to the SD i recieve a error in the display. "Errror 05 Repower and Retry" ?????

What to do?
Portspeed issue?
Wrong wired cable?
COM protocol?

Any hints?

Hi Jesper,

In some cases, I would say all of the above, however since you were already able to receive, then all is ok.
We've all experienced this error, and it is just a matter of retrying about 2 to 8 times.
Once you get it to send at least once, you will be ok from then on.
Let me know if it doesn't work after 10 times.
