What do the options "snap after" and "snap before" change or do? I understand the "fade" concept but the other two are "Greek" to me.

Snap before or snap after has to do with movement fade time I believe. Meaning, if it is snap before movement, whatever command it is, it will change before the movement. If it is snap after, it will change after the movement is complete.

Basically, Whatever you dont have on the fade channel. If you choose snap before, they will change before the fade begins, if you choose snap after, the lights will fade and then change. For example if you wanted the color and gobo to change before the light moved into position and/or the dimmer was raised, you would choose snap before.

now if only elation had a board where you would choose HTP/LTP, wait in time, wait out time, hold time, fade in time, and fade out time, all in one board

its probably not to far away in the future though
