We have 9 sets of Riva 80's (72 lights total),
and some of the lights wont display the correct color - and i am unable to adjust it - for example when all the lights are set to white, some lights will remain magenta or yellow - (there's no blue or green in them) - I am unable to add a third color to them, I have tried pretty much everything that I can think of, including manually setting the color of one fixture using the F/S button on the controller while the other fixtures are unplugged, and also with a computer with SL2004 and SL2006, with no luck.. has anyone ever encountered this issue and know what to do about it? We are using Pixel Drive 80 and Pixel Drive X controllers...

hi, please try swithcing out the pods first. we need to determine first if it is an issue with the LED PCB. then if the problem continues check the cables (continuity). if it still continues then it may have an issue witht the PD 80 controller. at that point i would recommend call tech support for an RA.
