I'm using LightJockey to run my VisionScans and I can "Fade" my Colors. (scroll through them, so I can get half colors)

But I can't "Fade" through my Gobos? I asked Martin if the profile needed an update and they said to ask Elation but the customer service doesn't know what I'm talking about.

Can anyone help? Is there a software update on the fixture that can remedy this?

It looks pretty stupid when I go from scene to scene and the colors fade, but the gobos snap.

The Vision Scan 575E does not have this feature and there is no update at this time.

This is a MAJOR disappointment to not have this feature. (something you really only find out after buying the fixture)

It depends on the current software version you currently have.

Let me know what version you have and how many fixtures you have and i'll check with R&D to see what can be done.
