The display constantly says "Warming Up" and never allows to shoot some fog out even after warming up for over 30minutes. I never had a problem with it before.

On my last show, I think we ran out of fluid in the middle of the show. But due to the placement we couldn't get to it. I fear that it might be damaged because of empty fog juice. But doesn't the unit have a shut off feature to avoid that?

What should I do now?

Hey sound storm, you have the antari x-310? i had 3 of them . there is a reset button inside that you can try, i believe it is on the left hand side if you are looking at is from the back, hope this helps.

Curious, you said you "had" 3 X310's, what's your thoughts on the Fazer?

Opened it up. I believe I found the switch, but no change after resetting it. Looks like I'll have to send it in.

Do I need a RMA number to send it in for repair? Should I send to Elation or to Antari?
