Will an NSI 7008 microplex controller work with an Eleation DP-DMX20L dimmer? I'm just dimming 4 par lights...nothing fancy.

As long as it uses standard DMX 512 protocol. If it uses multiplex protocol you will damage the triacs in your dimmer packs and your lights will no longer dim. so if you link us to the user manual we can tell you.

It does not have DMX output. I'll have to get a DMX controller.
