We just purchased an AR32 system for a lobby lighting installation at a live music venue. The venue management wants a different look for each type of music event they present.

I received the AR32 today and opened the software and was surprised when it had a section concerning flash files.

Can someone tell me how this section is used?

The AR-32 can accept flash files that you write or create into the program. These are designed specifically for any RGB fixture to get some nice color mixing effects. One example of a fixture that would use a flash program would be Acclaim Lighting's X-Chip, in multiple arrays.

Mike,

Thanks for the answer. Tommorrow around 2:00pm CST, we will be installing the AR32 and building program for it on a Whole Hog II console.

We want to make about 8 different looks on the Whole Hog II, then record them into the AR32 for playback later.

Can you get me a name and phone number of yourself or someone at Elation who will be available in case we have questions?

Thanks,

Mike,

I tried to call you back this afternoon, but the girl said you were not in.

I ask to speak to someone else and they transferred me to someone in support who said he didn't know anything about the AR32.

He then transferred me to another support tech who asked me if it was a American DJ product or an Elation product. Then he transferred me again.

All told I was on hold over 1 hour and after the last 15 minutes of holding with no one picking up the phone, I hung up.

I really need to talk to someone who knows about this unit.

Charles,
I had to unexpectedly leave early yesterday, my apologies for the time on hold. I will be in and out of the office today and tomorrow. If I am out, please ask for Ray or Ron, as both of them can help you out. Thanks!
