We recently hooked up the Stage Setter (2 Pack) dimmer system and everything was working fine until two weeks ago when one of the channels on the 415 dimmer stays on all the time. It seems to dim to about 1/2 power and it will stay on through all the scene changes. It even stays on when we hit the 'blackout' button. Weirdest thing is that we shut the power off to the dimmer pack AND the Stage Setter 8 console and the lights STILL stayed on!! I mean, we were trying to re-set the thing and we can't even get the lights (one channel that stays on) to turn off even after we shut the power off! The only way we were able to kill the stuck dimmer channel was to actually kill the power at the breaker. Does anyone know what the heck would cause this?? We are lost and not very knowledgable on this system.
By the way, the manual is horrible... Thanks for the help.

Sounds like something in the pack might have shorted out. I would call service on Monday and see what they think.

We just had the same thing happen between June 28 and July 14.

I looked up and saw it was on. Just like you I found that the light would stay on even after turning the dimmer off. Unplugging it or turning the power off to the dimmer kills it.
