For whatever reason I can't get Compu 1024... and software 2006 to run correctly on Vista. Machine runs live with the lights just fine(No 3D). But when trying to program offline with the software and Easy View 3D, No such luck. It pulls up my stage. It pulls up the fixtures, and then flashes like it's lost communication and the fixtures reset, and no movement. I reinstalled. No such luck there either. Please help. As trying to design offline...

are you using the 32 bit vista or 64? cause 64 will not work for compu. let me know then i can help some more. also are you using the latest update arpil 16th 2007?

open up your windows menu go to control panel then system and maintence then system. then you should be bale to see what al you have. peace! jingles.

hmm well i just got the 2048 FC + and it works fine witha 32 bit vista with or without 3D window up. are you still having trouble? best to cal tech support mon morn. peace! jingles.
