I think the forums are going downhill. I rarely get on them anymore, but seems like lately the responses from Elation have been getting worse.

It seems like most of the questions are answered by other forum members, and 90% of the questions asked to Elation get replied with something to the effect of please call us... If people are on here asking questions, they obviously have a reason for not calling like work schedules or etc. Or maybe they just don't like to talk on the phone?

Ill get off of my rant now, and I am still a huge Elation fan, I just think you guys should have someone on the forums that knows what they are talking about, and can take the time to type it out.

As of yesterday we brought on 3 new moderators from within the company. All from various departments of the elation company. That should help out a lot.
