Just purchased the DMX-Operator (should get it in my hands in a week), now wondering if I should've gotten the Operator-192.
Here are the lights that we have in our band:
1 dmx strobe
2 chauvet intimidator 2.0
4 dmx par cans by the drummer
2 led color strip

should i have gotten the operator-192 with the joystick control for the intimidators or will the dmx-operator work for me. right now i'm just beginning with dmx control - had another competitors lighting controller - but could never save scenes. so i'm going to try an elation controller.

thanks
chaka

They are pretty much the same console. One just has the joystick while the other does not. So it is a little easier to control movers on the 192 then the regular version. No big deal, you should be fine with the DMX Operator.

Yes thats one reason one of the others is on the op 192 u have 12 chases available to you for use which is double of what you get on the old console. but if u dont mind no having a joystick and you dont exactly plan on cramming chases on it then your set.
