Anyone used the Design LED 36 UV?

I need some UV lights to go with the UV in my design spot 250's. Since my LED's don't make that shade I was thinking about the Design 36 UV's. I see that a lot of dealers are blowing them out so I was wondering how the looked for a UV wash and what their reliability was.

No one chiming in, so I will add some cents for you bdunard Wink.

LED UV lights emit a lot of visible purple light with them, more then the DS250 UV filter does. They are basically more like an R59 Indigo or R382 Congo Blue gel in a light. They give the effect, making whites and UV things pop, but not a true UV source that would only light white and UV reactive paints/colors.

If the effect you are going for is whites and UV colors/paints popping with visible light, should work fine. However, if you are looking more for that true UV look, they won't give that effect. The DS250 with its UV filter falls somewhere in the middle of those two, not a true UV but not as much visible light as an R59, R382, or UV LEDs.
