vista keeps closing down my scanlibrary editor when i try to open up a prfile from a profile already created for the c^^^$@t oceana. any ideas?

right now i am having the same problem. i have windows vista 64 bit version because thats what the guy installed anyway I NEED ANSWERS!!!! plz!
