Hi all,

bought a new Magic 260. Unfortunately it does not work :-((

Here is my issue :

when I try to choose a fixture : it says Fixture 1 and then type NO FIXTURE on the scnd wheel. When I try to change that it does not allow anything. It looks as if the total library is gone

when I try to manually patch
with Patch fixture :

It says FIXTURE ONE CHANNEL OFF AUTOPATCH ON

I can change AUTOPATCH, BUT CAN NOT CHANGE CHANNEL OFF TO ON

What is wrong.

Software is 1.02

You can re-load the fixture library if it was erased.

Do you have the Elation U-link cable?

yes I do, but if I press send on the software and put on load with Magic, it does not work either ....
