Hey, I downloaded the sd monitor program for my sd3 and have had no success. I have tried it on 2 different computers and all of them say the show designer is not responding. I am using a null modem cable and thats the only thing I can think to troubleshoot. I have version 1.01 of the sd monitor software. The backup program does work. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a lap top or desktop?

Are you configuring the correct com port?
