WE have stage lighting (opti pars) that is flickering after a power surge. We are running them on the DMX Operator Pro. Any ideas why this is happening and what can be done to correct the problem.

It sounds like you may have dammaged your dimmers.
I would recommend trying a new dimmer and see what happens.
It doesn't sound like a DMX problem.
