Having trouble linking to the AR32c because it's searching for a 64bit version of the ncw_dmx20 driver... Help???? |

This doesn't appear to be an Elation product.

I've got a week before the install. In the meantime, I'll try to dig up my old 32 bit laptop and install the interface software on it. Rafael from tech support tells me that a new system is in the works and is only a couple of weeks away. Cheers... Phil |

So I dug up an old 32bit machine and installed the interface software on there but was still unable to get the usb drivers to install correctly. The program craps out at the same spot looking for the ncw_dmx20 driver. Any ideas? phil |
