How do I change the "channel mode" from 27 to 6, 9, 15, or otherwise on my Chauvet LED Colorpalettes (4 of them on 1 DMX address)?

Using the the Operator 192 with a bunch of other stuff (5 LED P64, 4 Martin SCX500, 2 Spectrum LEDs, 1 dimmer with 4 spots, & a Chauvet Moonflower)

Is it "frowned upon" to use that many fixtures on the 192?

Was thinking about seperating the LEDs onto myDMX, but not sure as to how that would even work and if they would be connectable.
