Hey I have an elation operator 192 and on of my faders is backwards to turn on my light i have to pull the fader all the way down instead of up has anyone had this problem? is it broken or can i fix it?

Oh Sorry a Elation DMX Operator 192 Lighting Controller. can that backwards fader be fixed without having to send it in to the company?

No, I know it is a op 192. I meant what fixture is operating backwards on the fader? Meaning what lights do you have that are causing this?
