We are using a DM-2512R with two "Disco 240" DMX controllers connected on 'A' and 'B.' The output goes to two Chauvet Data Stream 4 optical splitters where the house dimmer packs, LED PAR cans and wall washers are connected.

We are experiencing an ongoing random issue where all lights start flickering madly, which can only be resolved by switching off either the 'A' or 'B' controller.

We have tried HTP, LTP and Merge modes but all have the same problem. This really seems to be a problem with the merger but I need some ideas on how to further troubleshoot the issue.

hi Tom, i ran into something similar a while ago. It ended up being the PSU was bad. do you have another one you can try. Make sure the specs are the same.
