Hey,
My church is going to be getting an Elation Magic 260 light board soon, and I have a question about the password. At our church we have kids that run around (their parents dont care), they mess with our sound and lighting equipment. So I saw on the Magic 260 it said it has a password on it. Now, is that password only to use the scene's/shows, or does it lock the entire board? I would prefer it lock the entire board so that the kids cant play with the lights at all. If not, I'll just do what I do now with the Stage Setter 8 and continue to take the power cord (lol). Thanks -Chris- |

Alright, Thanks Jing. I just want to know what the password locks, if it only locks the programs, or if it locks the whole board. Thanks -Chris- |

The password protection on the Magic 260 prevents users from creating, editing, or deleting scenes and shows on the console. The rest of the board is fully functional.
